Wedding tasting day Villa Belussi – 25th February 2018
Mark it on your calendar, Sunday, February 25th a day dedicated to all the brides and grooms!
In the halls of the ground floor, we will set up a small exhibition with all the suppliers of the marriage world.
This event is for all the couples interested in finding the best solutions for their wedding.
Furthermore, all the suppliers will have special gifts for the brides and grooms of 2018!

On the first floor instead, the tasting will take place, a small wedding where the brides and
grooms of 2018 of Villa Belussi will taste the wedding menu prepared by Chef Giuseppe
Zefferino. which will be the following:
Venere rice salad with shrimps and vegetables
Soft potato with lemon and steamed octopus
Toasted bread with turmeric and salt marinated salmon
Fried food corner
Assorted vegetables in tempura
Mini sicilian arancini
Traditional food corner
Melon cream in glass served with Parma ham
Soft cornmeal mush with Brescia sausage
Italian salami cold cuts: Parma ham and Coppa from Piacenza, served with fried bread dumpling and hot focaccia
Smoked mozzarella with cherry tomatoes confit
Bagòss cheese, Rosa Camuna cheese and Taleggio cheese served with compote
Parmesan wheel with bunches of grapes or nuts
Pizza puff pastries and mixed baked savoury food
Risotto with porcini mushrooms creamed with Robiola cheese and basil
Garganelli with shrimp ragu and confit tomatoes
Veal fillet with soft potato and Curtefranca wine sauce
Semifreddo with passion fruit and berries
The lunchtime will start at 12.30 pm
