Chef & Cheese – from 12th to 15th April 2018
There is a deep relationship between our cuisine and cheese. A clear link that is possible read in the names of the Auricchio dairy’s products: Provolone Valpadana, Grana Padano, Salva Cremasco, Quartirolo Lombardo, just to cite a few examples. The event Chef & Cheese wants to tell this story, a common thread that join passion, research, quality and attention to the short supply chain with love for the traditions and their land, pride and ability to launch us into new challenges of the italian cuisine.
We want conquering the gourmets in this weekend dedicated to chef & cheese. Four days with a special menu to discover (or rediscover) our true identity, to reread old tastes in a new way.
The chef Giuseppe Zefferino will amaze you from Thursday 12th to Sunday 15th April with a menu designed with the tasty Auricchio cheeses:
Aubergine and Provolone Dolce Auricchio millefeuille on a bed of rocket salad and pink pepper berries
Lasagnetta of asparagus and Salva Cremasco
Veal fillet with Taleggio fondue and truffle oil
Quartirolo semifreddo and Cremona mustard with sbrisolona crumble
Water, wine and coffee included
